During your 1-hour virtual consultation, you and I will uncover the details of your movement archives and present-life behavioral environment. We'll then transition into a physical movement analysis to detail how your brain maps your surroundings; creating visual field of which movements create safe or threatening responses (i.e. pain/discomfort) This consultation will provide you with a foundation of ECC's 3-pillars: Empowerment: A clearer understanding on the circuitry behind the fatigue, stiffness and lethargy slowing you down day-to-day. Ownership: The beginnings of habit transformation to reroute your brain's circuitry and jumpstart your routine. Optimization: A priority roadmap that guides you on what to focus on over the next three months... and three years. How are the workouts personalized if the program is digital and I don't see anyone in person?
Communication is Key! You'll meet with Logan on a weekly video coaching call. With Logan's expertise and the customizable features on the Pain-Free Movement App, each person will not only receive workouts that are modified to fit their needs, but can be adjusted each week when necessary.
I'm not very experienced. What if I don't know what a certain exercise in my workout?
No worries! Each exercise has instructional videos. Many have 3D animations but some, more personalized videos, are shot by Logan himself.
I've been working out for years. Do I really need a digital coach?
Just because you can drive a car doesn't make you a racecar driver. The best athletes in the world seek out and hire coaches to help them with their exercise routines! What's stopping you from doing so? Likewise, Logan has a very unique approach and perspective to training that will give you a view of fitness you may not be familiar with.
I have a lot of injuries and I've seen ever doctor, chiropractor and physical therapist imaginable. How is this any different?
It's common for people with injuries to feel like they've tried everything with little benefit. You're right to be skeptical! I find that client's have often been missing some vital pieces to their injury recovery process. Those pieces most always revolve around understanding how pain and injury are manifesting in their body and empowering them to take daily action (instead taking shots and pills).
